  I purchased a laptop from circuit city and bought what I thought would be a wonderful warranty on it. The CD-Rom driver went out on my laptop and I have had to utilize the warranty. I turned my laptop into circuit city back in May of 2008 and they issued me a service form with a promise date of TWO WEEKS. It is now August of 2008 and circuit city has yet to get anything accomplished regarding my laptop. Don't try to call!!! Over the now 4 months of trying to get information/resolution regarding my laptop the same mousey-voiced receptionist always fields the calls (IF you can call it that). She will place you on hold for as long as you are willing to wait...hours presumably! NEVER returning back to the call to verify if you are even still there. If you call right back the same thing will happen again. Naturally, since I was getting nowhere via the phone I have stopped by the store for an in-person visit on several occasions! EVERY single time there are upset customers that have been waiting for several minutes not even so much as been greeted by an employee of the store. Customers requesting assistance from management will get more of the same NON-assistance!!! Frankly the management team probably cultivates the terrible employees! The last visit I made another customer was storming out advising of his plans to report CC to the Better Business Bureau (which I certainly recommend)!!!
  
  Regarding my laptop I was informed by a new computer tech that the original tech never submitted my laptop to be serviced; it was just sitting around at CC with other techs wondering whose laptop that was (no one bothering to call me - the customer to verify). At this point I would just like to have my laptop back as CC truly has provided me with the WORST customer experience possible. I would never refer others to buy from there much less work with this particular office on a consistent basis as you will consistently be let down time and time again!

  The people were friendly and tried to be helpful. Was looking for Catholic gifts since St. Thomas More was under construction, but very limited inventory.

  This store has a lot to offer. It is pretty big inside. The staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone come inside and check them out.
